With years of educational and professional experience in the mental health field and working with people from all walks of life, I’ve gained an understanding of the importance of individuality and incorporated that into my therapeutic approach.
Whether you are working through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or something else, I will provide a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and safe. Building a connection with your therapist is important, this can include a connection based on background and life experiences. I aim to build and learn about your background to provide a holistic approach.
I work with several modalities as well as working with couples and families along with individuals. I use an integrative approach when working on an intervention to ensure that the treatment plan fits each person’s individual interests, personalities, and issues. I look forward to working with you and taking on this path towards wellness.
